Your sportsbook's settlement is the one that pays you — ours is a record for your own use. If they disagree, your book is right and we have a bug.

You can fix any leg yourself: tap the leg on the bet card and settle it by hand. Then send us the bet through the form above, ideally with a screenshot of the slip, and we will fix the grading so it does not happen to the next person.

The importer refuses rather than guesses — if it cannot match a leg to a real game, it says so instead of settling it against the wrong one. Common causes: a slip photographed at an angle or cropped, a league the app does not carry, or a market so exotic there is nothing to grade against (alternate lines, bet builders, first-half props).

Anything it cannot read you can add by hand, and legs it flags stay in the bet — they just wait for you to settle them.

Bets live on your device first. If you are signed in they also sync, so they survive a reinstall and appear on your other devices — the Bets tab says Synced to your account when that is on. If you tracked bets as a guest and then reinstalled without signing in, those were only ever on the old device.

Settings → Delete account, inside the app. It removes your account and everything attached to it — bets, picks, pool memberships, trivia history. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover it afterwards. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
